Technology at work with FTV 4000 series
All production work comes in different sizes and in most cases a pallet shuttle system is often required to reduce load and unload times.
The FTV 4000 series traveling column contains all axis motion allowing pendulum loading in cycle to reduce load /unload times and maximizing spindle utilisation.
The FTV-3AX is a high precision vertical machining centre with a high rigidity dynamic structure that is capable of handling components up to 9 Ton on the machine table.
This machines configuration also enables a high Y Axis range up to 1200mm. With optimised axis drives and large diameter ball screws combined, enabling it to deliver fast rapid travers on X,Y and Z movements.
The options of BT40/50 spindle tapers and various spindle speeds to choose from, makes the FTV range the ideal choice.
